You can view this by clicking 'The Application Package'. IMPORTANT You must mail an original hard copy of the Partner Agency Agreement for your application to be processed! To view and print any documents on this site, including the Partner Agency Agreement, you will need Adobe Acrobat: Payment Options: All applications require the $100 application processing fee (per program) as stated in The Application Package, and may be made in one of two ways. You may phone Windfall with Credit Card information and your 'Unique Agency Number' using the contact information below You may mail a cheque or money order payable to 'Windfall' along with your 'Hard Copy of Signed Partner Agency Agreement' About your online application: Please note, that when completing the online application, you'll be assigned a Unique Agency Number. Please keep this number for your records.
